Disney Encyclopedia of Animated Characters says that the only two major mice in "Cinderella" are Gus and Jaq. The other mice are as follows: Suzy, Perla, Luke, Blossom, Mert, and Bert. So, take your pick in regards to who the blue-dressed mouse is.
