My dream house has:
a garbage disposal
a fenced-in back yard
2 bathrooms
a garage
central air
Now that doean't sound too picky, right? I even left out a dishwasher, which would be wonderful, but not nearly as necessary.
There's nothing like living in Solano Park to make your dreams humble.

Andrew has been cleared for surgery so we're hoping to actually schedule the darn thing ASAP. I'll post that, as well, once we know.
I'm at my sister's house right now - it's 3000 sq.ft, two stories, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (all full baths) 2 living rooms, huge kitchen - all for $200,000! I'm so jealous. I'm like you though - I'd settle for a garbage disposal and a back yard! oh yeah, and central air!!
