Hey There

I actually have quite a few things I could write about. But thinking about all that just makes me not want to write. One thing I'll mention is our great trip to Utah, and no, I'm not being sarcastic.

We were pretty sick during the first weekend, which made things tough, and the rain without working windshield wipers was a challenge. But everything else was great.

We got to go to Calico Ghost Town, a place I.'s been talking about for 3 years, and we had a good time.

We skipped Las Vegas due to our illnesses.
We visited my grandpa, the kids's great-grandpa, in St. George.

We visited my (our) friend Christina (friends since Freshman year at BYU) and her husband Shane, also in St. George.

We went to Cove Fort.

We stayed at my (our) friend Melissa's house (friend from the Foreign Language Housing at BYU since 1998). We enjoyed visiting with her mom, Patricia, as well.

We visited A.'s grandma, the kids's great-grandma. in Highland.

We visited A.'s parents, the kids's grandparents, and it was their first time meeting P. We also enjoyed seeing A.'s sister and her boyfriend.

We went to Greg and Chris's graduation from BYU and heard Dick Cheney speak (it was actually enjoyable). (He's the blurry white blob in the middle)

We stayed with our friends Jon and Chastity. We also got to see our friends Sean and Kate.

We went to more graduation stuff. We also got to see A.'s grandpa's WWII POW stuff on exhibit at BYU's library. (best grad. pics I could take from so far away)

We visited our friends John and JaNelle. (no pic, unfortunately)

We really did have a great time.
